Why Grief Coaching Training?

Grief shows up in coaching conversations far more often than we name - not only death, but divorce, diagnosis, layoffs, leadership transitions, estrangement, and identity disruption.

Most coaches were never fomally trained to navigate grief coaching conversations while staying clearly within scope and maintaining client agency.

This grief-informed coaching training program equips coaches to coach skilfully in emotionally complex conversations, without drifting into therapy.
