What’s the difference between the solo coach plans and the coaching team plan?

The coaching team plan is meant for coaching organizations who manage a team of coaches/admins, typically 5 or more team members. It has a ‘Team’ functionality that enables the account owner (the person who subscribes to CoachVantage) to add team members and grant them access and permission rights to their individual CoachVantage account portal. The coaching team plan can be scaled-up to support an unlimited number of team members. The base plan is for up to 5 team members. Additional team members can be added at an incremental subscription fee.

There are two solo coach plans for solo coaches to choose from – Clarity and Aha! plans. The Clarity Plan is meant for solo coaches who are just starting out in their business while the Aha! Plan is meant for established coaches.

The key differences between the plans are that with the Clarity Plan, you can add a maximum of 10 contacts, create 2 coaching programs and 2 events for self-service scheduling. The Clarity Plan does not allow you to add team members.

The Aha! Plan allows you to add unlimited contacts, create unlimited coaching programs and events for self-service scheduling. The Aha! Plan allows you to add up to 2 team members. Typically, you may wish to add an admin person or a business partner such as a husband/wife coaching team, etc. Adding team members is optional, depending on your business needs, and can be added at an incremental subscription fee.

Which internet browsers are supported?

CoachVantage should work on any recent, standards compliant web browser such as the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Miscrosoft Edge.

CoachVantage will NOT work on all versions of Miscrosoft Internet Explorer browsers.

Is my data secure and private?

Yes, of course.

CoachVantage adopts various measures to ensure the integrity of your data at many levels including physical security, at the application level, network level and infrastructure level. We are also compliant with GDPR regulations and the California Consumer Protection Act (CCPA) for data privacy.

At the application level, your account is password protected with the use of strong passwords and secured by SSL encryption and is PCI compliant. Our web application ( is only accessed via HTTPS and the entire HTTPS web application framework is protected with SSL certification. Sessions are authenticated with a 23-character security token. All network traffic is encrypted both inside and outside our network. Users are automatically logged out of each session after a prolonged period of inactivity and re-login is required to access the application.

At the infrastructure level, CoachVantage is deployed on Heroku (a SalesForce company) cloud application platform. Heroku’s physical infrastructure is hosted and managed within Amazon’s secure data centers and utilize the Amazon Web Service (AWS) technology. Amazon continually manages risk and undergoes recurring assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards. Amazon’s data center operations have been accredited under: ISO 27001, SOC 1 and SOC 2/SSAE 16/ISAE 3402 (Previously SAS 70 Type II), PCI Level 1, FISMA Moderate, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX). Can I upgrade or downgrade a plan?

You may upgrade from the Clarity Plan to the Aha! Plan at any time. However, you may not downgrade from the Aha! Plan to the Clarity Plan.

This is because the Clarity Plan is for coaches who are just starting out and allows for a maximum of 10 contacts, two coaching programs and two events for online scheduling. The Aha! Plan allows you to have unlimited contacts, unlimited coaching programs and unlimited events for online scheduling. You can imagine therefore that downgrading a plan could mean a lot of housekeeping to remove data, which wouldn’t be such a great idea!

Will CoachVantage work on my mobile device?

Yes! As long as you have an internet connection, you can access CoachVantage from your mobile devices.

CoachVantage is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) application that’s hosted on the cloud and is mobile responsive. It works as long as you are connected to the internet.

CoachVantage is NOT an iOS or Android app and therefore cannot be installed from Apple’s App Store or Google Play Store.

Do I have to download any software to use CoachVantage?

No, there is no need to download any software to your PC to use CoachVantage.

What languages are supported on CoachVantage?

Only English language is supported.

Can I get a refund on my subscription if I cancel?

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time and your access to CoachVantage will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. Thereafter, you will not be billed and your access to CoachVantage will be suspended.

Yearly subscriptions are refundable on a case by case basis, at the sole discretion of CoachVantage Private Limited. If your request for a refund is approved, you will be refunded for the remaining period of time and the refund shall take into consideration the monthly subscription fees that you would have otherwise paid based on the monthly subscription fee (since the yearly subscription fee is priced at a discount compared to the monthly fee).
