Absolutely! CoachVantage lets you create booking pages for one-off ‘events’. An ‘event’ could be a Discovery Call, a Pre-consult Call, a virtual yoga session, etc. You can embed your booking page to your website or you can copy/paste the booking page URL to your emails / social pages, etc.
We’ve purposefully designed our Scheduling feature to support the creation of booking pages that can be used to replace stand-alone scheduling tools like Calendly or your website’s inherent scheduling functionality.
The benefit of using CoachVantage Scheduling is that we automatically create a contact record in your account once a booking is made. This means you can seamlessly invite the prospect to sign up to your coaching program from within your account and use CoachVantage to manage the coaching journey.
You won’t need to manually transfer contact records from a stand-alone scheduling tool to a coaching platform, which is a common pain point in coaches’ workflow. CoachVantage solves this problem by enabling a seamless and professional transition to convert a prospect to a coaching client. You truly have everything you need in one place!
Yes! CoachVantage Scheduling allows you to set your preferred working hours and even create buffer times between appointments if needed. You can also block out specific days or times when you're unavailable for coaching. This ensures your schedule reflects your availability and avoids conflicts.
You can set up as many ‘Availability Types’ as you wish in your account and apply the respective Availability Type to whichever coaching program or event you desire.
For example, if you wish to carve out Mondays to Wednesdays between 9am - 1pm for Discovery Calls only, then you’ll create an Availability Type with this specific setting and apply it to your Discovery Call booking page. If you’d like to have coaching sessions with your clients only from Thursday to Friday between 9am to 5pm, you can set up antoher Availability Type for this and apply it to your coaching programs for all clients.
If you don’t bother about this and just want a single Availability Type for your work week Monday to Friday between 9am to 5pm and use that for all your programs and events, that’s possible too.
Whatever your preference, whenever a booking is made, that time slot gets removed from all Availability Types so you’re never double booked.
Yes! CoachVantage offers powerful calendar syncing capabilities with calendars including Google Calendar, iCal, Outlook and Office 365. This ensures all your coaching sessions booked through CoachVantage are saved in your external calendar.
When you create personal appointments on your external calendar, CoachVantage will block off the busy time slots from your CoachVantage booking page. Those busy time slots in your personal calendar will not be made available on your CoachVantage booking page.
Appointments that are created in CoachVantage will also be ‘pushed’ and saved to your external calendar so that you have easy reference to your coaching appointments or other bookings made through your CoachVantage booking pages.
At this time, CoachVantage Scheduling works for 1:1 bookings only. Group bookings are not supported at this time.
